      We come to this company to help those in recovery better their lives. Co workers are great

      Cons

      Leadership is garbage They underutilized those employed by them who can do more than clean Disorganization Some "managers" dont care about being manager only that it pays more. They expect you to do 9 jobs at the same time as monitoring residents The Res Tech title should be Janitor

      The co workers and residents.

      Cons

      Everything else. I did 5 jobs at once and it cost me everything and had to leave for my own health. They require you to cook, meal prep, hand out meds, document, admin, counsel, clean and had to do this solo with over 20 male patients as the ONLY woman.
