Pros

- Good company and brand recognition - Some great people work here - Health Care coverage appears above par for the cost

Cons

- Management takes years to address problem employees - Far too many service outages to the business - Too much work and no prioritization from leadership leads to work-life balance feeling impossible and sub-par results - Senior leaders don't set a vision or lead (other than saying "industry best"), as much as nod along and set unrealistic deadlines - Bi-weekly fire drills, yet the expectation is no project work can slip - Have yet to see a strategic project delivered within the 5 On's, due to lack of prioritization and bandwidth issues - PMO lacks specialization, and PMO leaders have a check-box mentality vs. a value add mentality - Staff culture is not one of innovation, but keeping things as they are; presenting challenges to move the organization into new technologies and align with leaders vision of industry best

Pros

Very good information about Fairview during my New Employee Welcome Meeting. I loved how we discussed the values of the company and how as a team we can make those happen. Kurstin makes things super fun, light, enjoyable, and engaging! Overall, a super positive experience during my orientation!

Cons

None, I only had positives!

Pros

PTO accrual was great and no repercussions for taking sick time.

Cons

Horrible management. If you are new you will get put in behavioral health sections every shift and if you want somewhere else you have to beg charge. Basically if you are new you get the worst and not a fan of the "I'm better than you" attitudes of those that have been there a long time.
