It is not the best company to work for. Not easy to raise your concerns, too many managers and not many officers, extremely hard to grow internally and an extremely unfair recruitment process. Some people are extremely patronising. If you are going there for the cause, think is a volunteer work for a while as volunteers get many opportunities to shine. For the longer term, I would work somewhere else. Also, one re-estructure every 4 years. Not very stable job.
