This company is awful. They are a startup and they have no operating procedures in place. Senior leadership will place additional stress on employees with no direction on how they would like you to proceed with issues. The leaders of the company will speak to you anyway they please and are often very disrespectful. The average turnover rate is 3 months for new employees. Don't accept the high pay that they will offer you, you will regret it later. Every department fights with each-other and nothing ever gets accomplished. You will be on calls more than you are able to do your work.
