Customer Support Role - Customer Support Fairpoint Group Employee Review

Legal services division is a great place, shame about the group! Salaries are ok though.

Bullying tactics by senior management and the in fighting and politics between board members is horrendous. All fighting for their own interest regardless of the company goals. Red tape makes it impossible to get things done and throttles the business streams.

Some good people who still work here that haven't already left

The basic wages are very low and the opportunity for earning bonus has not all but dissapeared. There is no support system in place for staff. Over the last 2 years the company has dwindled to a shell of its former self and there is not much left
