      Fairfield offers a supportive and collaborative work enviroment where our regional manager and other managers work together for a common goal. FPM offers competitive compensation, benifits package and a generous holiday schedule! Also, the company pays for our continuing education and credentials.

      Cons

      I would like to see more local vendors that can service our communities, such as general contractors.

      I will say that this is one of the best companies I hav worked for. I have always felt valued and appreciated as an employee. The management care about our well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure we have support

      There can be a lot of overtime but you get paid for it
