I worked for the company for only a few months. During that time I was scared, literally scared to come into the office every day because of that 1 toxic manager. Always has the door closed, do not ask me questions, it is not my job to help you, you work for me. Screaming at you in front of people and then laughing like your best friends. Bringing her staff to tears and when confronted...well lets say it did not go well. An employee asked for half a day off... at first it was completely refused "don't give me that. Why should you get a day off and I can't" When I left for medical reasons the parting words are "This is really gonna screw me up" I'm surprised nothing was done previously because people saw how she was and no-one ever said a word. Horrible position to be in, felt like I had no one to turn to.
