Pros
People-I love the people. I love them all but I have my favorites and have learned a-lot in the last 6 months. I have learned mostly from those that I attend client meetings and watch interaction with clients. Leadership- I love the leadership and the mindset of whatever it takes. This attitude seems to resonate in the mindset of all the leaders of the company. Urgency- Client situations are dealt with in an urgent manner and it’s obvious that staff genuinely care about our clients. Fox-Hole In a fox hole situation I have noticed extreme teamwork and pulling together. On numerous occasions I have seen people rise up to the task they are given and then some.
Cons
Anything growing at a rapid rate will sustain growing pains. This is a good and nothing wrong with it. I believe that as the company grows you will have things that always need to improve. It’s the way in which the company addresses these things and the urgency in which they do so that makes the difference. In the time I have been here most things that needed to be improved have been improved immediately or are on the way of being improved.
