Pros
- Great co-workers grinding together - Young and passionate reporters would join and were a pleasure to work with but they usually leave after 1-2 years for better endeavour (happy for them) - work could be chill when you get the hang of it (not sure it it’s a pro or a con)
Cons
- Wage is so low, you are better off work any minimum wage job - Management does not care, don’t even bother speaking up - Favouritism to the max, if you are on the “it team” then you get all the perks (not great perks tho, just better treatment than other teams, but it’s peanuts comparing to what’s available out there) - Old equipment, 90s office frozen in time - Programs are always the same with little to no intentions to change
