      Pros

      Everybody in the Chinese community will get impressed by where you work because they are the one and only TV station broadcasting in Chinese throughout Canada.

      Cons

      Absolutely lowest wage anywhere, without benefits for most employees. They have a bad tradition of *permanently* employed "Part-Time" who gets paid by the hour without any benefits, medical, dental... nothing.
