Dear Former Employee Standards are set very high at the company for all staff and it is very transparent as to what those expectations are, unfortunately not everyone thrives in such an environment. We are not in agreement with your statement that staff do no have work ethic. We are happy to report that we have done numerous internal surveys and that the feeling is not mutual as per your comment of "all staff", this is evident in our track record of numerous staff with a tenure of 5+ years of employment across the group, even exceeding 10 and 20 years of service with us.
