      Hybrid working arrangement and flexi hours

      Cons

      Many of the Leadership team members are not spending time on the ground nor understanding the business. Only asked to be spoonfed when things went wrong or find scape goat among the junior staff.

      A very good environment to learn, grow and put your learning to good use.

      Very slow career progression. 4 years and counting but no promotions at all, despite having met KPIs set.
