Coworkers were pleasant to work with and talented
Cons
It's a one man show for the CEO. No strategic vision and treat employees terribly. Engineers in particular are treated like cattle with ludicrous deadlines and shifting requirements in a near daily basis. CEO's fingerprints are on everything and actively doing harm.
