Pros
- Being a part of an exciting startup -benefits can't be beaten (see con) -Most of your coworkers are like-minded people who are ready to work hard with you -A fun work environment where everyone knows each other -I honestly love this company excluding upper leadership
Cons
Leadership will tell you that they're all about culture. On the lower levels, this is true. However, leadership in the senior and executive role have zero concern about culture or in listening to the people who help support the company. Additionally, the benefits are so amazing that people can't leave toxic environments. It's hard to leave a job with 100% paid benefits when you have kids.
