Great opportunity with amazing benefits decent pay and the people are very nice and welcoming to new hires supervisor's and management care about there employees and there growth in the company this is my first week and I already feel welcomed and appreciated and I look forward in my advancement and journey withing the company

I haven't found any yet some steps are confusing at first glance but the operators are more than willing to show you the correct steps to advance in correct operations and communications

Insurance is free that's about it

Supervisors on some shift only will hold your pto and not approve them to give it to their favorite workers even when you put in for that day or week to have off. Micro management is really bad here. Supervisor are in more control then human resources and management. Sadly human resources does nothing to protect the employees. Only one supervisor has his own rule. That if your late to his 2 minute start up meeting you will get suspended for 3 days that is nuts. This is only on second shift that does this.
