Pros
Very open, treats us very well, even verbal commitments are always honored, standard policy is people-first. They pay special attention to the development of people. Very generous compensation. Even the top most people are completely open to listen to very harsh criticism and they take it in a constructive manner. Work environment is safe and I was always made to travel and stay in best possible facilities/ airlines. Just that I remain safe, they paid a day's extra cost to the hotel and booked me on a 1.5 times more expensive airline! All of us feel as an important member who is always welcome. They work on the principle of trust. Overall, a very nice work environment and a great place to grow. Just be honest and punctual all the time.
Cons
Very sensitive towards data breach/ integrity and exceptionally punctual even for internal meetings. I was not allowed to enter a virtual meeting just because of a 1 minute delay. I think some flexibility is needed. Also, if you turn down a job offer once or leave them once, their doors are permanently closed for you - I am aware of many colleagues who repent leaving them and are desperate to re join, but cannot! I think that needs to be relooked by them.
