      Pros

      Since I decide to make a change on my professional route, I've been learning a lot and I can't be more proud of Factoria 5 about all the things they show me everyday.

      Cons

      I was in other sector before as an engineer, and maybe I will need team and support to keep learning on technology and full stack positions, but Im sure I can do a great job because I like to work with structures and define objectives. Agile methods are in my daily routine and know how to improve my work with this.

      Outstanding team, meaningful and rewarding job, great working conditions, healthy and effective communication with manager and colleagues, effective place for continuous learning.

      Cons

      Given that the bootcamps depend on public and private funding, sometimes you are subject to certain volatility and uncertainty. If you are good at adaptability, this is your place.
