      Some cool clients People are nice but a little awkward

      Cons

      You won’t much here or feel inspired. Plans and ideas were predictable and not out of the box. Lots of people coming and leaving. They also pay much lower than other agencies.

      Pros

      Some people were kind. Others were stand-offish..my first day, my team lead didn’t even bother introducing herself and walked right by me multiple times.

      Cons

      Low pay and almost no PTO. Compared to other agencies I’ve worked at, you will learn nothing here. The longer you stay here, the longer your growth will be stunted. They really, truly think they have good ideas but plans are behind the times and outdated. You’ll be asked to work weekends with no comp days. You won’t feel supported. Higher ups say yes to every client request, even if the team does not have bandwidth.
