      Great office staff. Wonderful manager and coworkers.

      The management above the store level doesn’t seem organized. They claim to be optician driven, however they don’t actually respect the education and experience behind the role.

      Benefits are great. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management does not provide tools to improve sales. Product prices are too high. Tell lies to keep you to try and reach your goals. Seniors customers and employees are not treated well.
