      Zero company culture to the point of toxicity and business strategy Leadership team hires friends only, completely underqualified for any C-Level roles Top-heavy organisation, no-one to execute Salaries not market-rate Constantly shifting direction with no strategy or accountability

      the community and most of the team are amazing and inspiring,

      Cons

      bad management, not great payment, no great benefits. the management wasn't really consistent and partly felt like it was a group of actual imposters and took decisions based on mood swings
