Great teams working together and good communication. All of the supervisors are very easy to work with and knowledgeable of their product.

Donuts are only provided on Wednesdays, seriously I can't think of any cons from my role here at FactorTrust.

Competitive salary. Great people to work for. Commitment to ethics and values. We get "buy-in" from the top down when it comes to instituting the right kinds of change. Benefits are pretty good overall. I love working for my manager. While we are busy, it is balanced with a fun atmosphere. There is an Events team that plans special events every month or two for the whole company.

Some growing pains as the company expands so quickly, but this is a "good" con, so to speak. There is no 401K matching right now. It would be really nice to see this.
