Pros
- Get to work on big tech brands like Google - Beautiful work, constant push for innovation - Amazing work life balance (zero weekends, minimal late nights, flexible hours to work around life events, childcare pick up, etc.) - Creative founders that clearly care about their employees - Can work remotely or from a wework - No drama or egos, it's like actual adults work here - Super buttoned up, which I appreciate at this point in my career - A lot of leeway to work where / how / when you want to work, but that comes with a strong expectation of responsibility / quality - Great holiday party 🎉
Cons
Not a great place for juniors, as it's mostly senior folks, and mentoring would be difficult with remote work. PTO and healthcare could be better.
