1. There is no clear roadmap. 2. The code has been written by multiple individuals over two years and is a complete mess. 3. Features are being built without correcting the existing codebase. 4. Many good employees have left the company due to lack of good management and company values. 5. Management is unfairly biased regarding salaries. 6. Changing requirements and no clear roadmap leads to constant redevelopment of the same modules and frequent code breaks. The platform is running on thin ice. 7. No learning. There are no experienced mentors to learn from. They have left the company due to an awful work life.
