Working with FactR - Program Director FactR Employee Review

Great company culture and great group of people working together as a team to build some great products. Everyone has a voice in the company to share ideas and ways we can advance our software.

I don't have any cons at this moment as I have had a great experience with FactR.

Projects are interesting and generally revolve around newer technologies, which are fun to work and learn about. Since the products are SaaS and we tailor platforms to customers needs, projects don't feel too monotonous and you generally feel pretty fresh or involved in whatever you are doing. The Customers are friendly, funny and down to earth which makes for some interesting mornings. Tend to get to know customers or their staff by name. Workplace: Great, close-knit staff.

Work load can become irregular, but not excessive
