Work load can become irregular, but not excessive

Open environment, no closed doors place. As an employee I had a high autonomy here and got a chance to work at every level of company. Mistakes were reviewed and not punished. New ideas were always welcome and I was given space and time to try them.

I can't think of any outright cons, but it is high speed start up environment where you have to take responsibility and be ready to step into different roles.
