Pros

tea and snacks A few good people

Cons

*New Employees are treated the worst, management people just act like taking measures but with no real effort to make any change. *Perpetualy bouncing issues and inept management ready to sacrifice anything to keep their heads above the water. *They aren't actually trying to retain employees, just hire, learn from the newly hired and then fire by not assigning work or blatantly ill treating. *just forget work life balance. *No coordination between team, even when one is struggling with an issue everyone else acts like NPC. *No learning - you will even forget what you already know trying to educate the management people about things they will forget everytime. *No transparency - Constantly hindering with your work if it does not fit management's secret agenda. *No professionalism - not even have the courtesy to take office fights to the meeting room or any other aspect for that matter. Be it mail communications or following protocols... *No proper documentation and transparency - Always coming up with ways to not document stuff as a measure to obfuscate the workflow and keep it to themselves.

Pros

If you are fresher, can work for 1 year not more than that, mostly they hire for non technical role. There is an IT team, which is good, you can go for IT for more than 1 year.

Cons

Non technical role is not quite useful, because you do the same work over and over, no learning space plus a pressurized environment and don't think of promotion, it will not happen even if you have 3 years of experience in this role. If you cannot go outside vellore, then it is fine to join this company.
