Narrows skill-sets and is not effective in making a complete manager and not much of an exciting job. Slow and steady work progress.

The company has potential to become great. I've worked for companies with no work life balance but I'd say you have it here, as its not as fast paste as other companies.

The company is stuck in old ways as old employees only see things one way and won't give new employees a chance. The old employees are driving good new employees away. Little to no room for advancement due to old school mentality, rude/unfriendly/non social environmental, not a team environment and lacks positive/encouraging culture.
