Pros

Competitive Pay Amazon Stock Work from Home opportunities

Cons

This place crushes you day by day. It can take a bright motivated employee and grind them into an apathetic doormat. Managers only see employees as tools to achievement their goals. You are not a person you are metrics. There are favorites and snowflakes however, who can get away with anything -come in late, leave early, work from home but do no actual work. There are no constructive conversations where you can voice disagreements managers will bully you into doing whatever they want even if you don't agree or you know that it is the wrong way to proceed. The work space is depressing and may even be causing employees to get seasonally depressed as many of the office spaces have no windows and are dark and dreary. Even after a 'remodel' everything seems grubby and dated. I've seen roaches crawl across my desk and across the break room floor. They spend money on nothing and fix nothing-- Yeah that "Frugality" leadership principle that's how they interpret it here. There are some nice coworkers and some that actually do their jobs and for that I am grateful. However, there are many toxic employees who use their intelligence and energy to get away with doing as little work as possible. So those nice and productive co-workers get worn down from shouldering the weight of the other slacker employees and eventually move on to other jobs.
