This place treats their employees like machines. There are no sick days. You get a 'point' when you call in... More than three points in a rolling one year period and you are ineligible for promotion, at six you are fired. Your personal life/family does not matter to this company. They will change your hours or give you mandatory overtime at the drop of a hat and penalize you for having scheduling conflicts. As you would expect, salary/office employees are not held to the same standard.
