A Data Science role at Fable would likely be somewhat different to a typical, similar titled role, at a large company or consultancy. This won’t appeal to everyone’s career ambitions so do your research first.

- Overall: unique opportunity to work in a market leading business, delivering pioneering product alongside experts in their field - Personal experience and growth: Has given me and individuals the scope to grow, own and design. A great place for curious self starters - both those who are certain about their specialism and generalists who are looking to explore their career path. - The people: I've felt privileged to work alongside some of the smartest experts in their fields across commercial, finance, data science, technology who I've learnt from every day - The culture: Unique culture - inclusive, diverse, supportive with a huge emphasis on work-life balance. Work Life balance is in Fable's DNA - my experience is that they would always find a solution that allows its employees to get satisfaction out of their day to day job while fitting in for with their personal circumstances.

No cons that should stop people considering Fable a fabulous place to work and grow as an individual. There are some inevitable growing pains of a scaling business but my experience is that these are consistently overcome given Fable's collaborative culture and willingness to give its employees ownership to build solutions.
