      Pros

      Fabick is a growing company with offering arguably the best construction equipment available today. They have a loyal and consistent contractor base as well as personal that understand and excel at their jobs. Caterpillar is a global brand but over all Fabick took care of their customers big or small. Their rental program is good with only newer equipment being rented. The interview process was efficient and benefits are very good. Starting pay was good and vacation was average. HR was very helpful with questions. Overall a good experience and I would return given the situation.

      Cons

      Transition to new computer systems was sometimes a struggle and many managers understood this. I left due to lack of hours at the time from Covid woes as the company was laying off and downsizing departments. Hours were long but it was the nature of the construction business and was expected.

      Need to pay more or have a pay increase that is more than just the merit inncrease.
