They are a small business, so individual roles have to be a little more flexible.

Dr Jones is a sweet, sweet lady. This is a family owned business that employs both children and grandchildren. Dr Jones is meticulous and sanitary.

Her career has been focused on education and medicine. Not bad at all. And she will admit this, she has no experience in business, nor spas. I encouraged her to visit day spas, med spas, and salons. She just doesn't have the time. We all know in this industry we do not have retirement, vacation, nor health insurance. We know that going into the job. But on the other hand, we do expect the occasional facial or Botox. That is not on the agenda at fab med spa.
