Pros
The thing that really stood out to me was the work environment of the company. Building a relationship in the company is important to me and people here are very kind (very family approach) even the owners are easy to approach. The supervisors are willing to teach you and easy-to-be-approached and I think its because of the family-like culture within the company.
Experience-wise in accounting you would be an all-rounder, which is an advantage if you really want experience since there are no departments that focuses on tax, audit, finance, consulting etc. You would worked on those but at the same time, they will not easily handed big tasks for an intern. They will let you handle things that are manageable while learning the concepts of it.
Cons
As far as I know there is no work-from-home mode since most of the employees that I observed come to the office after doing cliental work which results of overtime. But technically its really the nature of accounting in public practice and accountant outsourcing so if you're not fan of those then probably its a con.
The allowance may be not as competitive to big companies but better than not having allowance at all
