      Pros

      *If they like you then you can pretty much do what you want. *it's slow work most of the time. *sone room to succeed if they like you *the pay is about average to the surrounding area. *lunches and breaks can be taken outside if you want.

      Cons

      *Usually hot in the summertime. Managers do whatever they want and don't care about you even if you give up personal time *drug and alcohol use and abuse is rampant *Toxicity and cultural issues among the work place is palpable. *Managers and supervisors are not held to a higher standard to their employees (abuse of power). *Tons of safety issues *your probably just a body to them if your a regular employee.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
