      We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. We do agree that we have amazing people at FXI. While we continue to grow year over year, we do occasionally, like many companies, have to change our production schedules.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
