      Thank you for your review! We agree, we have great people here at FXI! We are busy making great products for our customers so occasionally some of our equipment needs some help, but, luckily, we also have a great maintenance crew that fixes or replaces what we need to keep our factories running and our quality high.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
