      Great People, Underwhelming Benefits - Machine Operator FXI Employee Review

      Pros

      The workers and management are supportive and very human.

      Cons

      The benefits are sketchy. Pay is just at adequate. Health benefits are questionable. There is no standard insurance plan, it is Referenced Based Pricing. That means that the provider works with the doctor's office each time you go. The negotiate anew every visit.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
