      Pros

      The company excels in foam manufacture. Their skillset in finding innovative solutions using foams in unparalleled. They have a highly skilled engineering department which helps drive the innovation. They have a number of patents including one for a unique manufacturing technique which is far more environmentally safe than traditional foam manufacturing.

      Cons

      The company is struggling to find its way in converting to consumer products focus. The cost structure for some product lines seems out of alignment considering how vertically integrated the company is. There is a distinct lack of procedural documentation on product implementation.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
