      Pros

      We make some great products in our plants, and we have some great capabilities on a large scale.

      Cons

      Very deceitful to employees and customers, the attitude is always about getting one over the employees and customers. Corporate politics at its finest. Beware the culture here is not good.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
