      Pros

      Not a hard job in this factory. Get alot of overtime when busy. Hourly rates are good if you are on the first tier.

      Cons

      Health insurance is very expensive and not good insurance at all. Planning and scheduling departments are horrible and makes huge mistakes without discipline

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
