      Great company with good benefits. Employees are helpful, fun loving and easy going. Average working years of experience is more than other private companies.

      Cons

      Employees who are working with the company for so many years, are taking things for granted. They need to adapt new technologies, new culture and ethics.

      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
