Pros
FVM is an agency full of people who love what they do and have a great time doing it. With an incredible eye towards work/life balance, senior management has created an atmosphere where one can thrive both in the office and outside of it, therefore attracting talent that have lives and personality to boot. There's a reason why the majority of employees have stayed here well over 5 years - FVM isn't just a company, it's a family.
Cons
FVM moves very slowly in an effort to adapt to change, technologically and otherwise, though things are headed in the right direction.
