Pros
Beautiful office with pretty indoor and outdoor lounge. Most of the supervisors are really nice to work with. Annual raises. Annual Holiday Parties. The two main partners are lovely people who care for their employees.
Cons
Not a great work/life balance. Can have some employee politics where certain people stick together. Raises are minimum. Hard to tell what your future with the company is or how much potential you have with them.
