Pros
Some really great people work here and the company culture is pretty laid back.
Cons
Upper management people are garbage. Some don't seem to do anything but gossip. Toxic and unprofessional people. The pay is bad. Health insurance bad. Only the basic holidays off. They try to pretend they care about you, but in the end you're just a number. They lie, say there's room for growth. There isn't. It's total chaos, company is losing clients, sales are down, there's practically no work to do anymore. No HR. The company is slowly dying.
