No benefits really. Basic holidays are off. Few days off for Christmas if that where as most companies don't return till the new year. Health insurance sucked, retirement plans were a joke and not even worth contributing towards. I really don't think there is any hope saving this company. Company is losing clients constantly and struggle to acquire new ones. The margins on projects are minimal and barley make any money. Like another review said, it really is a sinking ship. Not all management is incompetent but many are just in comfy easy jobs and don't do much. Management continuously lies to clients about projects and then blames their employees when it comes to deadlines. Particularly the CTO. Just drinks a dozen or so sodas in a day while sitting at his desk browsing the web. I am not sure why this company has a CTO in the first place. There is no proprietary technology they are building or selling. They just customize devices and build sub par websites that barley work. The running joke between employees is he's just here to make sure the wifi is up and running. The most recent HR lady useless. She is just a high school teenage gossiper on the phone with people outside of work while she's on company time. The internal software that is used for literally everything within the company is utter garbage. Better yet, they laid off most of the web development team that maintains the internal tools and helps to improve it. The pay is awful and well below the competition. There's no recognition or chance of being promoted. My assumption is they're running out of money, hence all the layoffs I've been noticing. If you work here, I'm sorry. Always be looking for a new job.
