Pros

Been here less than a year and really happy with the decision to join. Management actually cares about employees - it's not just talk, you can feel it. When you do good work, it gets recognized and appreciated. Everyone is super helpful. Seriously, doesn't matter who you ask - people will drop what they're doing to help you out. The onboarding was gradual and thoughtful, never felt thrown into the deep end. They invest heavily in learning and development. There's individual learning budget, team training sessions. Nice to have these opportunities available when you want them. Tools and tech are always up to date. They pay for AI tool subscriptions and other premium software - no fighting over licenses or using outdated stuff. The products we work on are actually fun - humor-based apps that people enjoy using. The company culture matches that too - tons of memes in Slack, people joke around, it's a genuinely fun place to work. Business processes are well organized. Things actually work smoothly instead of constant chaos like some places I've worked before. Communication is really transparent - you always know what's happening in the company, no secrets or surprises. Management keeps everyone in the loop.

Cons

Really struggling to find downsides. Sometimes meetings could be shorter, but that's pretty common everywhere.

Pros

Mobile apps are given since so many users rely on their phones. This industry is developing day-to-day, which is exciting. Small crews in the US provide autonomy.

Cons

Since it's a small foreign company, it can be unstable.

Pros

A very dynamic environment with lots of new projects, interesting challenges, and a modern tech stack. There are frequent opportunities to experiment and try new ideas. The company actively uses AI tools in everyday work and even pays for access to useful services and subscriptions, which helps teams work faster and more efficiently.

Cons

The environment can feel somewhat unstable. Projects are often run through a continuous pipeline of experiments - ideas are launched, tested, and replaced by new ones until something truly successful emerges. This pace and constant experimentation may not be comfortable for everyone.
