Work life balance and good location.
Cons
-Low salary and miserable increment per annual. -unfair account allocation. - management is playing politics for the sake of own benefits, no competency and overpaid. -claimed to be the market leader and world class solution company but internal all manual till MAX. -Audit and compliance doesn’t serve practical purpose. -NO SOP and SLA, keep changing without align to other BU - sales can survive if you are bootlicker. -Office bullies, high turnover.
