Pros

1) Employee perks (like thoughtful gifts on the holidays or care packages during the pandemic) make employees feel special; 2) They pay reasonably well; 3) They work on lots of projects that are important and challenging; 4) Good performance on a contract will sometimes lead to full time government employment; 5) There are several locations across the country making a diverse set of geographic locations available; 6) They have a company-wide focus on encouraging employee involvement in charitable organizations; 7) They have a mature diversity and inclusion program to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance at employment and advancement.

Cons

1) Their only customer is the government/military. 2) As a contracting organization, employment only exists as long there is a contract to cover you (that said, they make a herculean effort to keep good employees occupied in order to retain, them).
