Pros

Five day work week. That's about it. There are some really good and decent people working here. Not much else

Cons

Where to start? Management is the biggest bunch of hypocrites. They will tell you that you can't do something such as take time off, then they will turn around and do exactly that. Have plans for with your family after hours? Forget it. Need to be off at the beginning or end of the month to do family things or doctors appointments? Not going to happen, unless you are a manager. There is ZERO consideration for employees personal time after working hours. It's common practice to wait until five or ten minutes until time to leave to ask employees stay late to complete tasks. Medicore pay for a large workload. ZERO promotion from within. Your spot is your spot. So run. Find something more rewarding and less stressful

Pros

FTG Texas is now selling to large customers and not just small businesses. We have been given training, tools and great accounts to go after.

Cons

Some customers still see us in the past light.

Pros

Great exposure to "what not to do" in B2B sales. You can sit back, relax, and watch the haggling begin. They don't sell based upon value and professionalism. So, you can really learn how to be a bottom feeder. Yes!

Cons

I had the worst managers on earth. Two of which, are now fired. I (and my prospects) experienced lying, belittlement, manipulation, and zero support from my sales manager. My manager would never show up to appointments. However, when he did it was emberessing to say the least. My personal favorite moments were when my manager would talk poorly about other reps in front of me. Not to be trumped by, the vp of sales turning a benevolent eye the entire time. It's a shame the owner does not get a handle on what is going on. Marimon in Houston is not like this. WAKE UP ANTHONY MARIMON ! How many more times can a branch post those kinds of sales before your manager is held accountable? That's what great about sales; numbers cant lie.
