Pros
Being a small company, everyone is so supportive in different initiatives and challenges which is crucial in happiness and success. Always open to new ideas and asking ourselves, "how can we make this better". Great flexibility and work/life balance.
Cons
Fast-growing company (while still having <20 employees) has its growing pains but management is very transparent with updates as the company grows.
